I hear ya sister!!! A lot of those words resonate right now for me. It’s a transformative time for all women and mothers (aka caregivers of the whole damn world).
The pandemic made me realize how much I give of myself (or should I say agree to the demands put on me from outside forces- not by choice) and now I want to reclaim my alone time and put up the boundaries!!! You are not alone! Hugs
